These terms supplement the Terms of Service for subscriptions offered by Vibe Everything Company Limited in Traveltogether. The purchase screen and store checkout identify the plan you are buying. Availability and benefits can differ by platform and location.
Before you buy
Check the plan benefits, price and currency, billing period, whether it renews automatically, and any trial or promotional conditions. Your plan shows how many AI receipt scans and other allowances are included; a paid plan is not unlimited use. Do not rely on a price in another country's website or a generic example. Your store's checkout shows the applicable price, taxes and billing information.
An auto-renewing subscription renews for the displayed period unless you cancel in time through the purchasing store. If an offer includes a trial or discount, the purchase screen identifies its duration and the price/period that follows. We do not promise a trial for every account. Required renewal, trial-ending or price-change notices and consent requirements apply to the purchase under applicable law and store rules.
Manage, cancel and restore
- For an Apple purchase, use the app's subscription-management entry or Apple's subscription settings.
- For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play subscription settings.
- Cancelling renewal usually leaves access for the paid period, subject to refunds, revocation and the store's rules. Check the store confirmation and effective date.
- Deleting your Traveltogether account, uninstalling the app, turning off notifications or withdrawing improvement consent does not cancel store billing.
- Use Restore Purchases where available to recheck past purchases through the same purchasing store account. A purchase does not automatically transfer between Apple and Google stores or to an unrelated Traveltogether account. Contact support if access to your purchased features or allowances is wrong.
Refunds, withdrawal and changes
Request a refund for an app-store purchase through Apple or Google Play. Eligibility depends on applicable law and the store's rules. We do not describe all purchases as non-refundable or exclude a statutory right. A consumer right of withdrawal (a legal right in some places to cancel a purchase within a set period), or any exception requiring separate express agreement, is not waived merely by reading these terms.
The app store processes the payment. RevenueCat validates purchases, manages entitlements (the paid features and allowances a purchase unlocks) and supplies subscription analytics; cancelling or deleting a RevenueCat record is different from cancelling store billing. The Privacy Policy explains account-linked purchase information and retention.
Nothing here reduces mandatory rights to a digital service that matches what was agreed, reasonable care, repair or other remedies for the relevant digital service. An ongoing subscription is not treated as a one-off download whose withdrawal right automatically disappears on first use. If an exception requires your separate express request, consent or acknowledgement, accepting these terms alone does not provide it. Contact us as well as the store if you need help exercising an applicable right.
Material changes to price, renewal or paid benefits are subject to required notice, consent and consumer remedies. These terms do not authorise charging a different price without the process required for your purchase.
